Today, we all are use mobile phone from oldest person to youngest person. Every time we use, we use more. the Researchers some research last year pandemic(corona) time average use of smartphone estimated by 7 hours per day, that means 106 day per year average mobile phone use only for entertainment purpose.

Thus, mobile is being used more and more. Moreover, online classes take place in this Corona time when schools cannot be directly run. This leads to continuous mobile phone looking more and more. This is certainly damage to your eye.

In addition, many people who use mobile wonder why I do not wear glasses on my eyes when I use mobile. Therefore, the mobile we use the most affects our eyes. Here are some tips for protecting our eyes from mobile light. How to protect the eyes from mobile screens.

Rule 20-20-20:


Eyes are not designed to stare for long periods of time at short distances. Alternate between a few seconds or minutes and a long distance and a short distance instead when adapting the human eye. so first follow the Rule 20-20-20 when using mobile phone. This means you have to look for at least 20 seconds at a distance of at least 20 feet every 20 minutes.

Low Brightness:


you need to use only the average amount of brightness on your mobile phone. The light should not be too low or too high. In addition, Keep clean your screen.

Use Dimmer or Blue Light Filter:


High amount of  bright light on your mobile phone at night time when you compare to day time. you should to try Dimmer or Blue Light Filter mobile application. 

Use Right Distance


You should use the mobile phone at the right distance, do not use the mobile phone keeping close distance. do not use 24 centimeter distance long(because this measurement is book reading distance). It is recommended that you keep your device between 16 and 18 inches away.

Decrease Mobile usage time:


You should try to use the mobile for less time. Try using only 3-4 hours a day.

Eye Protection Foods:


vitamin A(retinal) food is protect your eye, try to eat more rich vitamin A food, i.e milk, cheese, eggs and etc
